About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Operations Manager to join our team at National Employment and Consulting Inc. in Canada.

As an Occupational Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our HR department by coordinating activities to meet our organization's goals. You will be responsible for directing daily operations, managing staff, evaluating daily operations, and reviewing HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

About You
  • You must have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • You must be able to coordinate the activities of the HR department effectively.
  • You must have strong leadership skills and be able to direct and control daily operations.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Free parking available.
  • Permanent work term.
  • 40 hours of work per week.
