Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Your Choice Moblie Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring efficient store operations and excellent customer service.
- Assign tasks and duties to sales workers, prioritizing their workload to meet sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to senior management.
- Organize and maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
