Job Title: Enhanced Support Services Technician

NTT DATA Services is seeking a highly skilled Enhanced Support Services Technician to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA).

This is a full-time regular position with an annual pay range of $75K-$85K CAD, including benefits such as medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, etc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced onsite and remote technical support to senior executive users with unique IT support requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, mobility devices, and associated peripherals.
  • Acting as a technical liaison between the technology team and senior executive clients.
  • Engaging with clients to understand their needs and offering optimal solutions.
  • Resolving technical problems over the phone or on-site.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware and software, communications, and peripheral devices.
  • Creating, receiving, reviewing, completing, and escalating service requests.
  • Providing preliminary or routine instruction to customers in systems, applications, and protocols.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience with desktop/software support and hardware (break/fix), as well as experience with Microsoft Windows Domains, Active Directory, mobile device configuration and deployment, Apple iOS and Android, printer support, Office 365, and ticketing systems.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
