Staffing Coordinator

Alberta Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and coordinating the selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
- Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
- Collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
- Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
- Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Permanent employment with 32 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
