Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and coordinating the selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Planning: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Recruitment: Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications and experience.
  • Interview Coordination: Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and coordinate the selection process.
  • Job Offer Preparation: Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Staffing Policies: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
