Job Title: Staffing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Alba Renovations Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating staffing activities, including identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent
  • Collect and screen applicants, ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Review candidate inventories and make recommendations for hiring
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in human resources or recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
