We are seeking a highly skilled Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Sandal Translation Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, and providing information or services to employees.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. They will also have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, with the ability to apply hiring policies that discourage age discrimination.

The Staffing Coordinator will work closely with managers and employees to advise on staffing policies and procedures, and will be responsible for organizing staff consultation and grievance procedures. They will also negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes, and coordinate the termination of employment process.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Administering staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Identifying current and prospective staffing requirements
  • Providing information or services to employees
  • Advising managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Negotiating settlements of appeals and disputes
  • Coordinating the termination of employment process

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, with the ability to apply hiring policies that discourage age discrimination. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
