Job Title: Staffing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Alba Renovations Inc.

Job Summary:

The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, and collect and screen applicants.
  • Communication: Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, and review candidate inventories.
  • Coordination: Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, and negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes.
  • Technology: Utilize electronic mail, electronic scheduler, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word to perform job duties.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English required.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
