Job Title: Executive Head Chef - Restaurant Operations

We are seeking an experienced Executive Head Chef - Restaurant Operations to join our team. As the head of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing menu planning, kitchen management, and staff training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Supervise inventory management and ordering of supplies.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or Assistant Chef in a similar environment.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation protocols.
What We Offer:

About the Role:
