Job Title: Home Support Worker

BONDOC HOUSEHOLD is seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities that promote their mental and emotional well-being.
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
