Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Agnes Valdez. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to work in a non-smoking environment and provide care in a client's home.
Work Environment:
