Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at LEA GOOC YAMZON. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to help alleviate feelings of loneliness
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Assist with medication reminders and management
  • Provide emotional support and empathy to clients and their families
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a care-giving role an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
