We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Services Coordinator to join our team at Maple Leaf Foods Inc. This role will provide administrative support for the HR Services department, serving as the point of contact for all SAP HR related questions and second-level support for the SAP Manager Self-Service (MSS) portal.
Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate and timely management of SAP HR data, conducting audits to identify, resolve or prevent errors and inaccurate data.
- Generate reports as required and maintain accurate documentation for HR processes.
- Support HR Services execution activities in accordance with plans and established guidelines.
- Ensure HR systems data integrity and resolve issues as necessary.
- Maintain proficiency in MS Office applications, with a focus on Excel, and Web-based applications.
- Post-secondary degree with a concentration in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- 1-2 years of working experience in Human Resources.
- Proficient use of HRIS systems (SAP) and applications (ESS/MSS).
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
