Cloud Sales Team Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Sales Team Lead to join our team at Teleperformance. As a key member of our Google Cloud sales team, you will be responsible for leading the team, ensuring priorities are correctly defined, prioritized, and delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the Google Cloud sales team.
- Coach and mentor the Cloud team, driving the uplift of skills, and helping them work through complex problems.
- Identify and implement areas for improvement, defining standards, governance, best practices, and encouraging the consistent adoption of these across all teams.
- Prepare Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly business reviews and present these to clients and stakeholders.
- Act as a central escalation point for critical issues, ensuring the team responds appropriately and effectively when major incidents occur.
