We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Platform Developer and Team Lead to join our team. As a subject matter expert in full-stack development specializing in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, you will be responsible for managing a small team of developers and leading the implementation, monitoring, data input and integration, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This role will support the Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, and Residential team in ongoing campaigns, systems maintenance, and cross-team initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan the backlog, roadmap future projects, and ensure current projects are on track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small team of developers and lead the implementation, monitoring, data input and integration, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan the backlog, roadmap future projects, and ensure current projects are on track.
  • Create email templates from scratch that work on all supported devices with complex levels of personalization and dynamic rendering.
  • Create journeys, automations, and scripted processes to bring campaigns to life.
  • Able to refactor legacy code and re-vamp old emails or campaigns.
  • Design and implement solutions for integrations with external systems.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and implementation.
  • College or University degree. Post-secondary education/certification in a relevant field.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to achieve results through others.
  • Excellent project management experience and solid leadership skills.
  • Very strong conceptual, analytical, judgmental, and communication abilities.
About the Role

This is a hybrid working model, requiring 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario.
