Senior Claims Service Representative, Accident Benefits

Vous rejoindrez notre équipe dynamique de représentants du Service de l'indemnisation à Northbridge, où nous mettons l'expérience client au cœur de nos préoccupations. En tant que représentant du Service de l'indemnisation, Accident Benefits, vous serez chargé de soutenir les experts en sinistres de l'équipe des Indemnités d'accident dans le montage de nouveaux dossiers de sinistre.
Compétences requises- Étudier les problèmes et trouver les meilleures solutions
- Respecter les échéances et traiter de grandes quantités de renseignements
- Gérer efficacement un horaire de travail quotidien chargé
- Offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle
- Études postsecondaires dans un programme axé sur les assurances ou un programme connexe
- Titre de PAA en voie d'obtention (un atout)
- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience de travail dans un environnement clinique ou à un poste de service à la clientèle
- Expérience de travail avec et sur différents systèmes à un moment donné
- Solides compétences techniques dans l'utilisation de Microsoft Office Suite
