Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Trillium Midwives. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our healthcare team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our healthcare team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and ordering supplies.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, patients, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, including patient histories, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Office Management: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including budgeting, inventory management, and supply ordering.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
