Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:
CSC LED is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. This is a hybrid position that requires a unique blend of sales and warehouse skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales:
- Fulfill customer requests for pricing and stock checks.
- Provide customers with product support, including features and benefits of CSC LED products.
- Take customer calls and assist them as needed.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/order desk to provide shipping information to customers.
- Explain proper setup and use of products to customers.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues with products.
- Occasionally assist the local sales agent at customer sales events.
- Warehouse:
- Ensure all purchase orders are processed, picked, and shipped with accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate professionally with customers and drivers and fellow staff members as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures to receive inbound shipments efficiently.
- Communicate professionally with carriers, customers, and fellow staff members as needed.
- Ensure shipments are received accurately and note any damages or discrepancies upon receipt.
- Keep the warehouse organized as planned by the Warehouse Lead.
- Ensure safe operation of equipment (forklift, scissor lift, pallet jack, etc).
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience in both warehouse and sales settings (3+ years in the Electrical Wholesale industry is preferred).
- Forklift experience is required (a valid forklift license is an asset).
- Good computer literacy, specifically with Google Suite.
- Ability to work in a busy environment where multi-tasking is required.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Physical ability to move and lift heavy items (up to 50lbs).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and/or with a small team.
