We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Real Estate team at ADELE TAGIROVA NOTARY CORPORATION. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming mail and other materials, ensuring timely distribution and organization.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Develop and implement office procedures and routines to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal procedures.
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure grammatical correctness and adherence to company standards.
  • Prepare contracts and other papers, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Complete legal documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Real Estate or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
