Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Real Estate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ADELE TAGIROVA NOTARY CORPORATION. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our real estate team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our real estate team, including opening and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Communication: Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
  • Technology: Proficient in MS Word, Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Health care plan, permanent employment, and 30 to 35 hours per week.
  • Language of work: English.
