Job Summary

The Parliament of Canada is seeking a highly skilled Product Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of high-value features and ensure the successful implementation of digital media and connected systems. As a key member of the Digital Media and Connected Systems team, you will be responsible for driving the product roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders, and prioritizing features to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead product delivery teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle
  • Drive the product roadmap and ensure successful delivery of high-value features
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and prioritize features
  • Monitor and refine components, coordinate backlog priorities, and resolve impediments
  • Build and maintain robust stakeholder relationships and align product development with business strategy
  • Manage non-functional requirements and address technical debt
  • Lead the identification and analysis of technical requirements and translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps
  • Manage resources and budgets of the product delivery team and contribute to the formulation of long-term business plans and budgets
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience related to the work
  • Experience working in a professional EISS (Enterprise Integrated Security Systems) equipment and connected systems environment
  • Demonstrated leadership and experience in EISS (Enterprise Integrated Security Systems) equipment and connected systems, such as physical security controls, access controls, intrusion detection, and motion sensors
  • Experience communicating with various audience levels within the organization and providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders
  • Experience managing processes and projects with multiple stakeholders and uncovering process improvements
  • Experience implementing process and project activities into tools, Azure DevOps
  • Experience creating templates to automate processes into tools, Azure DevOps
  • Experience managing processes in ITSM tools, assist, and ServiceNow
Assets
  • Experience leading and/or managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of various technical equipment, including intrusion, access control, video surveillance, physical barriers, intercoms, key boxes, connected sensors, cameras, and communication devices
  • Knowledge of the principles of electronics and how to assemble equipment racks
  • Experience and/or training in programming systems, including Lenel, Genetec, Milestone, TRAKA, Bosch, Jupiter, and Raritan
  • Knowledge of the principles of network computing, including types of routers and switches, basic IP, and MAC
