About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Delivery Manager to join our team at NAV CANADA. As a Product Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfill the Product Roadmap with on-time releases that provide solutions to the business with high quality and within budget.
  • Deliver products that align with the enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and technology direction of NAV CANADA and are consistent with enterprise priorities.
  • Drive deployment and adoption of product releases with the impacted business teams.
  • Provide effective product support to ensure a high degree of end-user satisfaction.
  • Follow an effective control framework on production systems and ensure new systems meet internal compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to and follow a consistent product delivery framework and associated controls.
  • Maintain effective and positive relationships with product vendors and service partners that are involved in product delivery.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Project Delivery Services organization and other Product Families to deliver consistent and integrated solutions.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Delivery Manager who has a strong background in product delivery, leadership, and management. You should have a bachelor's degree in computer sciences, information technology, or IT project management, or equivalent experience. You should also have 3-5 years of experience in a leadership position and 3-5 years of experience managing people in a business or IT environment.
