Job Title: Head of Product Delivery

NAV CANADA is seeking a seasoned Product Delivery Manager to lead our Product Delivery team in delivering high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product roadmaps that align with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products on time, within budget, and with high quality
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure products meet customer needs and business requirements
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership position, preferably in product delivery or IT management
  • Proven track record of delivering products on time, within budget, and with high quality
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
