  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identify and address any safety concerns or hazards on the job site.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in concrete finishing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of supervising and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy materials.
