Job Title: Senior Concrete Finishing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Concrete Finishing Supervisor to join our team at IM Concrete Finishing Services Ltd.

About the Role:

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality concrete finishing services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supervising teams, managing projects, and ensuring timely delivery of results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of concrete finishers to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.
  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule work activities to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and provide guidance to team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and resolve any conflicts or problems that may arise.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in concrete finishing techniques and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a concrete finisher foreman/woman or equivalent role.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and team supervision.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Detailed understanding of concrete finishing processes, safety protocols, and quality control procedures.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
