Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at KFC /Taco Bell - Brantford. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive excellent service.
- Food Quality: Ensure that our food meets our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Inventory Management: Manage our inventory, estimating ingredient and supply needs to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
