Key Responsibilities:- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked.
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys to ensure that our customers receive their orders promptly and efficiently.
- Establish work schedules and supervise staff to ensure that our restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help us make informed business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages, in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to ensure that our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and that we are able to meet customer demand.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure that our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliability and dependability.
