- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that they have a positive experience at our restaurant.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to management and helping us to make informed business decisions.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment, with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere.
- Supervision: 1 to 2 people, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Will train, with a focus on developing the skills and knowledge required to succeed in this role.
