We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Pizza Spott. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
- Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Order merchandise
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Manage cash
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
