eTor Networks is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization's strategic initiatives and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
- Establish and manage budgets, resources, and personnel to ensure efficient operations
- Represent the organization in negotiations, partnerships, and other official functions
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with senior staff to develop and implement strategic plans and goals
- College/CEGEP degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a senior leadership role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- MS Office proficiency
- Experience with MS Access, MS Excel, and MS Word
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Interpersonal awareness and team player
