Executive Director, Sport Governance

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our sport governing agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the agency, developing policies and procedures, and preparing budgets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement policies and procedures to support program delivery
- Manage the daily operations of the agency, including staff supervision and budget management
- Prepare and manage budgets, including revenue and expense forecasting
- Arrange for sponsorships and negotiate business contracts
- Act as spokesperson for the agency and negotiate collective agreements
- Mediate labour disputes and grievances
- 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a sport governing agency
- Strong business acumen and budget management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a large workload
- Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic
