Executive Director, Sport Governance

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our sport governing agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the organization, developing policies and procedures, and preparing budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement policies and procedures to support program delivery
- Manage the daily operations of the organization, including staff supervision and budget management
- Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and government agencies
- Represent the organization at national and international events, promoting its mission and values
- Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- 5+ years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the sport industry
- Proven track record of leadership and management, with a focus on strategic planning and execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
- Ability to work under pressure, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
