About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned talent acquisition professional to join our team. In this role, you'll collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Lead the campus recruitment program, managing the intern experience from interview to offboarding
  • Create and manage job postings on the applicant tracking system
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting for roles such as Engineering, Product, and Data & Analytics
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in campus/intern hiring
  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing for technical roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Lever and Greenhouse
  • Solid grasp of recruitment methodologies, including compensation benchmarking and employer branding
  • Results-driven and data-oriented approach to recruitment practices
  • Experience applying DE&I principles in recruitment efforts
