Job Opportunity

RBC Dominion Securities Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement wealth management strategies for clients and work collaboratively with a successful advisory team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings and events for the Investment Advisor with clients and prospects, including determining agendas and key topics, preparing documentation, and executing post-meeting work.
  • Provide proactive client service with a problem-resolution focus and attention to detail, liaising with various departments as necessary.
  • Respond to client account inquiries and remain accountable for follow-up, as required.
  • Help build and execute business plans, client segmentation, and client service plans.
  • Identify and execute opportunities among existing clients for asset consolidation, referrals, and other growth initiatives.
  • Co-manage the client acquisition pipeline, working with the advisory team to close new opportunities.
  • Deepen existing relationships with Centers of Influence through ongoing management.
  • Support the advisory team and clients through the Wealth Management process, gathering relevant information, coordinating activities with Wealth Management specialists, tracking progress, and following up.
Requirements
  • Approval as a Registered Representative (RR) with CIRO.
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH).
  • University degree.
  • A self-directed individual with a growth and goals-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
