Job Opportunity

RBC Dominion Securities Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Advisor. This role is a fantastic opportunity to develop and implement wealth management strategies for clients, working closely with our advisory team to deliver exceptional service and results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings and events for the Investment Advisor with clients and prospects, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
  • Provide proactive client service with a problem-resolution focus, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport.
  • Respond to client account inquiries and remain accountable for follow-up, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Help build and execute business plans, client segmentation, and client service plans, driving growth and retention.
  • Identify and execute opportunities among existing client bases for asset consolidation, referrals, and other growth initiatives.
  • Co-manage client acquisition pipeline (prospects/leads), working with the advisory team to close new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Deepen existing relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) through ongoing management and strategic partnerships.
  • Support advisory team and client through the Wealth Management process, gathering relevant information, coordinating activities, and tracking progress.
Requirements
  • Approval as a Registered Representative (RR) with CIRO.
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH).
  • University degree.
  • A self-directed individual with a growth and goals-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
