Job Title: Associate Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Advisor to join our team at RBC Dominion Securities Inc. As an Associate Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our Wealth Management team in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate meetings and events for the Investment Advisor with clients and prospects, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
  • Provide proactive client service with a problem-resolution focus, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Respond to client account inquiries and maintain accurate records, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Contribute to business planning, client segmentation, and client service initiatives, driving growth and retention.
  • Identify and execute opportunities among existing clients for asset consolidation, referrals, and other business development activities.
  • Support the advisory team in managing client acquisition pipelines, working collaboratively to close new opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs), fostering ongoing management and growth.
  • Support clients through the Wealth Management process, gathering relevant information, coordinating activities, and tracking progress.
Requirements:
  • Approval as a Registered Representative (RR) with CIRO.
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH).
  • University degree.
  • A self-directed individual with a growth and goals-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
