We are seeking a strategic technical leader who can drive expansion and growth of Loblaw Advance's proprietary DSP, MediaAisle. This role will cultivate and effectively grow relationships across Canada's top agencies and brands, recommending solutions to improve campaign performance and ensure success. They will provide subject expertise and guidance throughout the campaign life cycle from pre-sale to post-sale.

This role requires working at least 4 days on-site per week.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Revenue Generation: Demonstrate Loblaw Advance's value proposition and unique programmatic offering to top agencies and brands, driving growth and incremental revenue streams to our media business.
  • Planning and Execution: Work closely with the Client Success team to manage contracts, MSAs, rate cards for overall agency deals.
  • Product Improvements: Act as the first point of escalation from the Client Success Team for any issues or alerts on the platform.
What we're looking for:
  • A strategic and self-driven technical leader.
  • 7-10+ years of adtech experience, preferably working with demand side platforms.
  • Demonstrable ability to understand and communicate complex subject matter or solutions for a variety of audiences.
  • Strong communicator and ability to translate insights into compelling marketing narratives.
  • Experience selling and onboarding self-serve adtech tools.
  • Solid stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage through ambiguity.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite expected.
