Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team at FedEx Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading freight, scanning, and sorting freight within the facility
  • Maintaining knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations
  • Providing excellent customer service and interacting effectively with colleagues
  • Completing all mandatory training and achieving minimum thresholds
  • Operating in a PC Windows environment and maintaining annual accreditations as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • The physical ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with proper equipment
