Job Description

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Telecommunications Network Technician to join our team as a Wireless Field Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of wireless network equipment in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and troubleshoot radio network equipment, including base stations, small cells, microwave links and fiber transmission systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on network equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Respond to service requests and perform repairs in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve network performance.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a telecommunications or technology industry.
  • Degree in Telecommunications Systems Technician, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Strong knowledge of wireless networks, IP backhaul networks and transmission systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces and in extreme weather conditions.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and a comprehensive pension plan. Our comprehensive compensation package includes:
