Job Title: Child Development Support Specialist

At Royal Academy, we are seeking a highly skilled Child Development Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our early childhood education team, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the development of children
  • Support early childhood educators or supervisors in maintaining accurate records
  • Engage children in activities through storytelling, teaching songs, and crafting
  • Guide and assist children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits
  • Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and challenges
Certifications and Qualifications:
  • Child Development Assistant (ECE Level 1)
Work Environment:
  • Physically demanding
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Bending, crouching, and kneeling
Personal Suitability:

We offer a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week and a work language of English.
