A key member of our Terra Early Learning Society team, the ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality child care and education. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing child-care programs, encouraging creativity, engaging children in activities, preparing snacks, and maintaining a safe environment. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring children's development and reporting to parents or guardians.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement child-care programs tailored to the needs of our young learners
    • Encourage children's creativity through art, music, and physical activity
    • Engage children in activities through stories, songs, and crafts
    • Prepare healthy snacks and maintain a safe and clean environment
    • Monitor children's development and report to parents or guardians
  • Requirements:
    • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
    • Experience: An asset for our team
    • Emergency child care first aid and CPR certification
    • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
    • Criminal record check
