Job Title: Early Childhood Educator Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team at St. Dulwich Academy Inc.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of young children, promoting their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bathing, diapering, and feeding infants and toddlers with care and attention to detail.
  • Engaging children in activities through storytelling, teaching songs, and preparing crafts to stimulate their creativity and imagination.
  • Assisting early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the overall development of children.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment that protects the well-being of children.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality childcare services.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Child Development Assistant (ECE level 1) certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Punctuality, dependability, and reliability.
  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality childcare services.
