Premier Montessori Academy Ltd. is a leading educational institution dedicated to providing high-quality education and childcare services to children. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Montessori educator to join our team as an Early Childhood Assistant.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Early Childhood Assistant to support the daily operations of our childcare programs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with educators and staff, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional care and education to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children.
  • Assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records.
  • Engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs and preparing crafts.
  • Guide and assist children in the development of proper eating, dressing and toilet habits.
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors.
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience working in early childhood education.
  • A permanent employment contract.
  • English language proficiency.
  • The ability to work 35 hours per week.
