Drive Acquisition Activities with Volaris Group

Volaris Group is seeking a skilled Lead Generation Representative to drive acquisition activities by sourcing vertical-market-software companies through creative identification, database maintenance, and prospecting campaigns.

We are a leading provider of vertical market technology companies, committed to developing our businesses for long-term sustainable growth. Our Business Development team is responsible for driving acquisition activities, and we are looking for a collaborative individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research vertical market software businesses meeting our strategic criteria
  • Maintain and build a proprietary database of industry contacts
  • Develop and conduct prospecting campaigns through email and outbound calling
  • Collaborate with Senior Business Development Associates to ensure smooth transition to later stages of the process

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate Business or Marketing Degree preferred
  • 1 year or less Software Sales experience preferred
  • Previous experience with Salesforce CRM beneficial
  • Basic financial literacy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, hands-on attitude with a sense of initiative towards driving sales and marketing lead volumes
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
