Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Lead Pattern Engineering to join our Product Development team. The successful candidate will lead a team of pattern engineers to create and refine garment patterns that reflect our brand's aesthetic vision and ensure exceptional fit, comfort, and quality across multiple product types. This role involves leading a team, providing guidance on pattern engineering techniques, tools, and best practices, and overseeing the refinement and adaptation of patterns based on fit sessions, feedback from designers, and technical requirements.

Estimated Salary Range: $122,500 - $160,800 CAD per annumRequired Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience
  • 8+ years minimum experience in pattern engineering or technical development within the fashion industry
  • 2+ years minimum people leadership/mentorship experience
  • Industry experience in pattern making (preferably development through production)
