The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead Pattern Engineering to lead our Product Development team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in pattern engineering or technical development within the fashion industry, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering results. The successful candidate will oversee the creation and refinement of garment patterns, ensuring exceptional fit, comfort, and quality across multiple product types.

What We Offer

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of pattern engineers to create and refine garment patterns
  • Provide guidance on pattern engineering techniques, tools, and best practices
  • Oversee the refinement and adaptation of patterns based on fit sessions, feedback from designers, and technical requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience
  • 8+ years minimum experience in pattern engineering or technical development within the fashion industry
  • 2+ years minimum people leadership/mentorship experience
  • Industry experience in pattern making (preferably development through production)
