Job Title: Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at Manulift, the Canadian leader in telescopic forklifts. As we continue to experience significant Canadian expansion, we need a sales professional who can promote our products in a structured and strategic manner to drive growth and market share.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish new accounts through cold calling and create a client list;
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits to their job sites;
  • Plan and organize business strategies to achieve desired results and exceed sales goals;
  • Prepare and present business cases to demonstrate the benefits and potential savings to critical decision-makers;
  • Identify customer needs and react accordingly while understanding market conditions and local competitor pricing.
Experience and Desired Skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales or outside sales position;
  • Good knowledge of the construction industry and its heavy equipment;
  • Demonstrated ability to grow market shares;
  • Valid driver's license;
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills;
  • Strong planning and time management abilities;
  • Results-focused;
  • Experience using a CRM.
