Job Title: Hotel Operations ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to lead our team in providing top-notch service and ensuring seamless operations.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will oversee daily hotel operations, manage staff performance, and implement processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency.
- Perform supervisory duties, including mentoring and developing staff members.
- Resolve work-related problems and provide technical guidance to improve productivity and product quality.
- Assist guests with special needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks to meet deadlines.
- Hire and train new staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs as needed.
- Requisition materials and supplies to support hotel operations.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
- Capacity to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
