Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Sawridge Inn and Conference Centre Edmonton South.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure materials and supplies
  • Perform front desk duties, including check-in and check-out procedures
  • Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses
  • Oversee maintenance activities and ensure the hotel's facilities are well-maintained
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • College diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
