Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior RF Systems Engineer to join our team in Richardson, Texas. As a key member of our Radio Unit team, you will be responsible for the high-end OpenRAN 5G and 4G RRU and mMIMO radio HW Integration, bring up and verification.

You will drive and perform RF HW bring-up and verification, including integration with radio SW, verify Radio functionalities as per the requirements, provide support to various functions, and contribute towards overall RF and Mechanical architecture of the Radio unit.

Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge and experience in radio development specifically related to RF circuits and power amplifiers.
  • Proficiency in RF system architecture and cascaded analysis.
  • Knowledge of radio principles, signal processing, RF design.
  • Experienced with simulations tools such as HFSS, ADS, Momentum.
  • Knowledge of wireless ecosystem, 3GPP, and 5G evolution.
